after the warm up.
we did our 5 item test.

Sit Up : 36
Shuttle Run : 10.5 sec
Sit and Reach : 38 cm
Incline Pull Up : 11.
i think for a ger i did well?!
hahax. aimin for gold.
but my 2.4km run suckss.
just hope i did well bahx (:

class as usual.
for HFC i learned how to do manicure.
but the worst thing was i had to let yuanfang&xueyin
shape my nails.
was damn scared larx.
den keep tellin them dun shape too much.
but lucky not dat bad as i expected.
phew~
was having fun throughout.
